“ADR (or Conflict Management Training) was selected by Australia Post for its middle management development program, because it addresses the key skills needed by all managers to deal more effectively with challenging people situations. The program is more than this. The role plays, the coaching, the feedback that our staff received meant they could not sit back, they were challenged, taken out of their comfort zones and made to reflect on how well they were dealing with people issues as they occurred on the floor. The development of our managers in this area is ongoing but the ADR (Conflict Management) course set a solid foundation on which to build their confidence to have a go.”
Pat Pedicini, Australia Post WCU Letters, VIC, Australia.
"Previous experience has made me a 'four-day-course-cynic'. What I found different about this course is: 1) it presented an approach not a template; 2) very practical; 3) I feel that I walked away having really learnt new skills; and 4) it was fun and enjoyable."
