Under the guidance of leading international negotiation and mediation trainers, you will hone your skills in an environment that offers the opportunity for intensive practice and self-analysis.

At the end of the Mediation Workshops you will receive a certificate from Australian Graduate School of Management (AGSM) Executive Program. Dealing with Difficult People graduates receive the Trillium Group Certificate.

Members of the Trillium Group are mediators, facilitators and trainers who offer training in Australia, Canada, the United States, Europe, Asia, Middle East, Africa, and the Caribbean. Many members of the Trillium Group studied negotiation and mediation at Harvard.
