Our workshops involve a combination of case studies, thought-provoking discussions, group exercises, lectures, demonstrations, and videos. Under the guidance of leading international negotiation and mediation trainers, you will hone your skills in an environment that offers the opportunity for intensive practice and self-analysis.

At the end of the Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) Workshops you will receive a university certificate (La Trobe, James Cook, Western Australia). Dealing with Difficult People graduates receive the Trillium Group Certificate.

Our Faculty

Members of the Trillium Group are mediators, facilitators and trainers who offer training in Australia, Canada, the United States, Europe, Asia, Middle East, Africa, and the Caribbean. Many members of the Trillium Group studied negotiation and mediation at Harvard.
